The Subiaco Football Club is excited to announce that a new partnership with Foxtel will see FoxFooty, FoxSports, ESPN and EuroSports available in the newly refurbished and rebranded Leederville Sports Bar and Function Centre.

Also courtesy of the WAFL’s ongoing partnership with TAB Touch, Subiaco now have two dedicated television’s to Sky Racing.

This now means that the Subiaco Football Club is the must visit destination in Leederville when looking for live sport and racing on game days.

Subiaco Functions & Facilities Manager Kevan Sparks said it was an exciting and important development for the club in trying to attract new members to the club.

“We are always looking to add greater value to our members at the club, especially on game days and we think this partnership opens up a whole range of exciting possibilities,” Sparks said.

“We had a number of people come through the bar last Saturday commenting on the positive atmosphere that we are creating which is really encouraging.”

Last week saw the first Subiaco match day with FoxFooty, ESPN and FoxSports being televised.

Those who attended the Leederville Sports Bar at the Subiaco Football Club, got to see Game 4 of the NBA Finals, Geelong v North Melbourne, GWS v Gold Coast, St Kilda v Sydney and the live WAFL action.

Subiaco Corporate Partnership Manager Cameron Palmer said this was another important step in integrating the club to the wider local and business community.

“We are committed to the Leederville area and our local community and think that we can offer a key point of difference that both assists our club and local businesses by bringing more people to Leederville,” Palmer said.

“This should also assist us in attracting more functions and events for members as well as offering additional value to those members who already utilise our facility.”

This Saturday will see over 12 hours of live sport with AFL, WAFL, International Cricket, International Rugby, Suncorp Super Netball and World Cup Soccer all being shown across the day.

Fans are encouraged to hang around after Saturday’s East Perth V Subiaco game for post match presentations where four sports will also be shown live.
