Rory makes his Debut

The Subiaco Football Club continues to blood local juniors into the League team in season 2009.

Rory Muller was the latest player last Saturday at Medibank Stadium, where the local junior from Warrick/Greenwood JFC made his debut in an important win over Peel Thunder.

Rory worked hard over the pre-season to develop his skills for senior football after a solid year in the Colts last year.  Rory was presented his playing jumper from his neighbor and SFC legend George Young. George has seen Rory develop through his football career and said some stirring words of encouragement before the game.

Senior Coach Scott Watters stated, “Rory has developed rapidly since becoming part of the senior program. His ability to create space and his commitment to team football will stand him in good stead as he continues to progress. He also possesses the valuable ability to create and kick goals which makes him an exciting prospect to watch over the next 12 months.”

The club wishes Rory all the best for his future at the Subiaco Football Club.
